All of the individual properties included in the sale of the former Mercyhurst/Granite Ridge campus to the Mellon Heritage Foundation are now listed in the Erie County property transfers.

The North East Borough properties include:

The North East Township properties include:
Bank Street

Freeport Road
North Pearl Street
