As required by the Department of Environmental Protection, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, notice is hereby given that Steven LaFuria owner of Erie County Tax Parcels: 37-030-116.0-027.09 & 37-030-116.0-027.10 and Joseph Erickson owner of the Erie County Tax Parcels: 37-030-116.0-027.02 & 37-030-116.0-027.08 plan to install a Single Residence Sewage Treatment Plant (SRSTP) at each respective lot. The project site(s) are located on the north side of Cole Road, North East Township, Erie County, PA 16428. The existing parcels are currently undeveloped. Individual SRSTP’s with stream discharge (400 gpd or 1 EDU) to Sixteen Mile Run (CWF; MF) is proposed.

Planning documents are available for review and written public comments may be made to North East Township, 10300 W. Main Road, North East, PA 16428 for 30 days from this posting date.
