Please take notice that the following Ordinance of the Borough of North East, notice of the introduction of which has previously been given, was finally enacted at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of North East, County of Erie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, on the 6th day of July, 2020:
Ordinance no. 914 an ordinance to approve, adopt, and enact an ordinance codification for the Borough of North East, County of Erie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; to provide for the repeal of certain legislation not included therein; to save from repeal certain other legislation not included therein; and to provide penalties for violations of the code.
The “Code of the Borough of North East” will be in full force and effect on the 6th day of July, 2020. A copy of the Code Adoption Ordinance and the Code are on file in the Office of the Borough Secretary, where they are available for use and examination during regular office hours at the North East Borough Office, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428.
