NE Borough Public Hearing on Adopting Resolution to Create Marina Authority

Notice is hereby given of a public hearing of the North East Borough Council to be held on Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5:30 PM at the North East Borough Building; 31 West Main Street; North East, PA 16428.

Such hearing will be conducted to receive public comment on the proposed adoption of a resolution creating a municipal authority under the Municipality Authorities Act, 53 Pa.C.S. 5601-5623 (“Act”) for the purpose of acquiring and operating the North East Marina currently owned and operated by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission and such other activities an Authority is authorized to perform under the Act.
