The North East Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the North East Borough Chambers, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428.
The Zoning Board will hear the following variance request: North East Chamber of Commerce, owner pending of 44 West Main Street, (Parcel No. 350020180000900) requests a Special Exception of operating a Business Service Office at the above address. Zoning Ordinance No. 797 Chapter 27 §27-405 Permitted Use and Special Exception Use Table states, “Business Service Office” use permitted by Special Exception only pending approval of ordinance amendment.
Also a possible variance for parking may be needed as §27-506 B 2 Off-street Parking states: Number of Parking Spaces required. The number of off-street parking spaces required is 1 for each 200 square feet of floor area.
Anyone with an opinion either for or against this request may be heard.
