North East Township Considers Cooperation With PENNDOT on Bridge Rehabilitation

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of North East Township will conduct a public hearing on Friday, December 29, 2017 at the Township Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA, beginning at the hour of 10:00 am regarding the following proposed Ordinance and if no substantial changes are made, shall consider the adoption of said Ordinance on December 29th, 2017 immediately following the hearing, at the regular meeting.

Ordinance No. 2017-006, An Ordinance to approve intergovernmental cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the Middle Road and South Washington Street Bridge Rehabilitation projects and agreement related thereto. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined in the office of North East Township, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA, any business day 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.
