North East Township Holding Public Hearing for Edgewater Beach Development Plans

North East Township Board of Supervisors and North East Township Planning Commission Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 1, 2023 at 7:00 pm. This hearing will take place at the North East Township Administration Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA. 16428.

James Welka will present the development plan for the Planned Community Development at Edgewater Beach. This development will consist of twenty new single-family dwelling residential lots.

The development is located north of East Lake Rd(SR-5), east of Riverside Dr. and west of Gay Rd. Erie County, Pa. Tax Parcel #37-013-025.0-200.00.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
