North East Township Zoning Hearing Board to Consider Two Requests

The North East Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the North East Township Administration Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA., to consider two requests:

1. by David Herman. The property location is 1701 Grist Mill Drive, Tax ID#37-002-058.0-015.33. The request seeks to build an accessory building on a lot separate but adjacent to the main building lot.

2. by Brian Johnston. The property location is 9656 W. Middle Road, Tax ID#37-001-062.0-007.00. The request seeks relief of approximately 1 acre from the 2-acre lot size requirement in the A-1 Zoning District. This will subdivide the residence from the farm.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
