North East Township Zoning Hearing Board to Consider Zoning Variance

The North East Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the North East Township Municipal Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA to consider a request by Joseph A. and Mary F. Setcavage, 10781 German Road, North East, PA. The property location is Tax ID #37-022-102.0-002.00. The property fronts on both Station and Old Station Roads. The request seeks a 30-foot variance, on both sides, from the 50-foot front yard requirement in the B-1 Commercial District to allow more options for retail space.
