Clark Property: proposal to install two Small Flow Treatment Facilities (800 GPD) to serve two proposed three bedroom homes adjacent to 12396 East Lake Road, North East Township, Erie County. The existing 1.53 acre parcel will be subdivided into two parcels. Sewage is to be treated and discharged to an underground tributary to Lake Erie, a perennial creek located adjacent to 12396 East Lake Road. Any comments refer to North East Township Municipal Building, 10300 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, before May 17, 2015.
