Miller Property Subdivision, Proposal to install a Small Flow Treatment Facility (400 GPD) to serve an existing 3 bedroom home at 9661 West Law Road, North East Township, Erie County, a 23 acres parcel will be subdivided into a 12.7 acre and 10.3 acre parcel. Sewage for the existing dwelling to be treated and discharged to a tributary to Twelve Mile Creek, a high quality creek, on the Miller Property.
