Small Flow Sewage Treatment Facility Proposed on Boll Road

Brian Myers is proposing to construct a small flow sewage treatment facility (Brian Myers SFTF) to serve a proposed three-bedroom dwelling for residential use (one equivalent dwelling unit) on an existing 0.16 +/- acre parcel at 12124 Boll Road in North East Township, Erie County. The facility will discharge into an unnamed tributary to Lake Erie.

This will be a revision of the North East Township Official Sewage Facilities Plan. During a 30-day comment period from the date of this notice, the public may review the proposed revision at, and submit comments to, North East Township, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA 16428.
