Abbey Property Proposal to install a Small Flow Treatment Facility (400 GPD) to serve an existing 3 bedroom home at 8892 Williams Road in Greenfield Township, Erie County. Sewage to be treated and discharged to a tributary which flows to Twelvemile Creek, a High Quality (HQ-CWF) Watershed.
