2025 Greenfield Township Meeting Schedule for Boards and Commissions

The 2025 regular meetings of the Greenfield Township Boards and Commissions will be as follows:

• Board of Supervisors will hold meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month, and if there are items for the agenda, meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th, February 25th, March 25th, April 29th, May 27th, June 24th, July 29th, August 26th, September 23rd, October 28th, November 25th, and December 23rd.
• Planning Commission will hold meetings if there are items on the agenda, at 7:00 p.m., on January 27th, February 24th, March 24th, April 28th, May 19th, June 23rd, July 28th, August 25th, September 22nd, October 27th, November 17th and December 15th.
• Recreation Committee meets at 9:00 a.m., at the Greenfield Community Park on April 24th, May 22nd, June 26th, July 31st, August 28th, September 25th and October 30th.
• Zoning Hearing Board and Agricultural Advisory Committee meet as needed.
• Budget Workshop is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on October 7th.
• Municipal Public Office hours for Secretary/Zoning Administrator are from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (other times by appointment).
• Spring Clean Up Days are scheduled for May 2nd from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and May 3rd from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

All meetings and hearings will be held at the Greenfield Township Municipal Building, 11184 Rich Hill Rd., North East, PA, and/or by Zoom meetings unless otherwise advertised. All meetings are open to the public. The Municipal Building is ADA accessible.
