Useful data on COVID-19 has been very hard to come by, the case numbers you hear every day in the media are meant to scare you, not inform you. While researching the topic for my other local website, Erie County Report, I discovered an astonishing number that no one is talking about and you need to see.

It may be that all of the deaths from COVID-19 in Erie County are from nursing homes and other long term care facilities. Erie County has recorded 30 deaths in long term care facilities! Think about that. How many has Erie County had overall?
