Owner of Sole Source Water says
1307 B6: Groundwater – Hydrogeology – Permit – Page 200:
The wind company must produce “A Hydrologic Analysis” to see if the construction of a Wind Turbine
would cause problems for PRIVATE RESIDENTS sole source dug or drilled water wells?
WHY would any township ALLOW, TRUST or BELIEVE any Hydrologic Analysis from a wind turbine company
on a township residents sole source of water?
1313 C1: … “In the event that a problem occurs with a private water source, which problem is proximately caused by the wind energy facility, facility owner and operator shall immediately, and within SIX MONTHS, permanently supply potble water in such quanity and quality as was supplied by the original private water source.” Does this mean that residents who have sole source water (dug or drill water well) must have their wells periodically tested for quality and flow???? Our wells were fine until DISTURBED by turbine construction!
