The ceremony for the formal dedication and flag raising at the Mellon Veteran’s Outreach Center will take place 12:00 to 12:40 PM, February 17th and the program of activities is available now. All veterans are encouraged to attend.

  1. Why did you wait till this morning at 10:11 to send out this email regarding the veteran’s center? I’m a vet, and I would have liked to have attended. but we were at an event in Erie, and didn’t even get back to North East till after noon.
