Greenfield Township to Consider Setback Variance for Communications Tower

Notice is given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Greenfield Township will hold a public meeting at the Greenfield Township Building, 11184 Rich Hill Road, North East, PA 16428 commencing at 7:00 P.M., April 12, 2018, at which time a public hearing will be held in the following matter:

Appellant: Agent: Erie County 911, Department of Public Safety,
Property Owner: Greenfield Township Volunteer Fire Company,
Property address: 10160 Station Road, North East, PA 16428, Index No. (26) 007-020.0-0018.00.

This is an appeal for a variance to Section 401.4, Communications Towers/Antennas, setback requirements. This will be for the construction of an emergency communications tower.

A full copy of the Application is available for public inspection at the Township Building Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A decision may be voted upon by the Board following the public hearing.
