Greenfield Township to Consider Variance for Communications Tower Maximum Height

Notice is given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Greenfield Township will hold a public meeting at the Greenfield Township Building, 11184 Rich Hill Road, North East, PA 16428 commencing at 7:00 P.M., May 1, 2017, at which time the organizational meeting will be held, immediately followed by a public hearing for the following matter:

Appellant: STC Towers, Property: 8517 Storey Road, North East, PA 16428, Index No. (26) 001-022.0-001.02. This is an appeal for a variance to Section 401.4, Communication Towers/Antennas, maximum height requirement.

A full copy of the Application is available for public inspection at the Township Building Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. A decision may be voted upon by the Board following the public hearing. Renee M. Wagner Zoning Administrator
