The North East Community Marina Authority is seeking a vendor to provide a Strategic Business Plan for the Authority. It will identify sustainable strategic growth opportunities, funding sources to be secured and capital investments needed for maintenance of facilities.

All interested parties are asked to contact Ed, the Board Secretary, for a conference call to arrange a meeting or to answer questions at 814-434-0901. Proposals will be accepted until December 31,2024.
