NE School District to Swear in Newly Elected Board Members on Dec 4th

The North East School District will hold its reorganization meeting on Monday, December 4th at 6PM.

Newly elected and re-elected board members to be sworn in with the oath of office:

  • Glenn Craig
  • Charles Ferruggia
  • Mackenzie Luke
  • Katie Phillips
  • Alene Rohde
  • James Wargo

Nominations and elections of the president, vice president and treasurer will follow the swearing in. Board members will then vote on adoption of the meeting calendar for the coming year.

One item of note on the agenda is the recommendation to change the time for board meetings in 2024 to 6:30PM from the current 7PM.

No other business will be conducted until the next regular board meeting on December 7th and the last meeting for 2023 on December 21st.

  1. Well I hope this school board can control their spending. Senior citizens can’t afford all the money you’re spending. We can barely afford medicine and food and utilities without you adding to our burden
