The North East Borough Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 13, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the North East Borough Chambers, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428. The Zoning Board will hear the following variance requests:
Patrick J. Damond, owner of 105 Pine Tree Lane, (Parcel No. 36012066100400) requests a variance to install a pool and build a deck in the backyard. The named parcel lies in a R-B Multiple Family Residential Zoning District and does not meet the minimum rear yard setbacks as determined by the Zoning Hearing Board.
9187 Group, LLC, owners of 139 West Main Street, (Parcel No. 35006023000300) requests a variance to renovate existing 5,000 sq. ft. structure into office space and construct 6,900 sq. ft. structure to accommodate retail space. The named parcel lies in a C-1 Commercial Zoning District. Zoning Ordinance No. 797, Chapter 27, §27-406 requires minimum 20 ft. rear yard setback and §27-506B(2) Off-Street Parking Space requires 1 for each 200 sq. ft. of floor area.
