The North East Community Marina Authority has a website up. It’s a basic homepage only, but it does have their physical mailing address:

There is no other information on it at this point, it’s just a holding page, email addresses will be added as authority members are set up. At the last authority meeting, members agreed to have a PO box and a domain with email very soon and they are making progress. If you need to mail physical documents of any sort, their PO box is now available.
