North East Township Official First Notice of Zoning Ordinance Amendment

FIRST NOTICE. This publication is intended to provide notification of an ordinance, in accordance with 53 P.S. 108, passed by the Board of Supervisors of North East Township: Ordinance No 2024-002, which amends in its entirety the former North East Township Zoning Ordinance. The full text of the Ordinance may be reviewed by members of the public at the Township Office located at 10300 West Main Road, North East, Pennsylvania 16428. Any person claiming a right to challenge the validity of the Ordinance must bring an action within 30 days of the second notice of the Ordinance.
