North East Township Planning Extension of Gay Road Low Pressure Sewer System

The public is hereby notified that North East Township is preparing sewage facilities planning documents for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The project involves extension of a low-pressure sewer system on Gay Road to serve Ridg-U-Rak and potential future connections.

A 30-day comment and review period commences effective on the date of this notice. Interested and/or affected parties are encouraged to comment on this proposed project. The public may review aspects of this project at the North East Township Office, located at 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA. All comments are to be submitted in writing to Fredrick Shunk, Supervisor; North East Township Supervisors; 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA 16428.
