North East Township Preparing Sewage Facilities Planning Documents

The public is hereby notified that North East Township is preparing sewage facilities planning documents for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The project involves extension of a low pressure sewer system on West Law Road west of Meehl Road to serve residential properties.

A 30 day comment and review period commences effective on the date of this notice. Interested and/or affected parties are encouraged to comment on this project.
