North East Township to Consider Holding Tank Ordinance

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of North East Township will consider the following Ordinance for adoption on the 5th day of September, 2023, at the North East Township Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, Pennsylvania 16428, beginning at the hour of 7:30 o’clock P.M.

Ordinance NO. 2023-001
HOLDING TANK ORDINANCE
The proposed Ordinance requires the registration and approval of all holding tanks, their servicing and maintenance and sets forth applicable rules and regulations. The complete Ordinances may be examined in the office of North East Township, 10300 West Main Road, North East, Pennsylvania 16428, during normal business hours.
