North East Township to Hear Two Zoning Variance Requests

The North East Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the North East Township Administration Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East PA to consider two requests.

1). Amy Barnes, 12430 East Lake Road, North East, PA, Tax ID# 37-014-025.0-050.00 the request seeks a variance of a non-conforming use to operate an eating or drinking establishment in the R-1 Zoning District per North East Township Zoning Ordinance #2014-001, permitted and conditional use table, #41.

2). Scott Huber and Lisa Maas, 11648 Old Lake Road, North East, PA, Tax ID# 37-010-014.0-058.00 the request seeks a variance of 15’ from the 50’ bluff setback required for residential improvements per the North East Township Zoning Ordinance #2014-001, Bluff Setback Ordinance #90-003.
