North East Township Water and Sewer Authority Downsizing

Notice of intention to file articles of amendment notice is hereby given that the North East Township Water & Sewer Authority will file Articles of Amendment with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on or after November 1, 2017, and further sets forth the following information:

1. The Authority is organized under the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945, as amended and supplemented.
2. The amendment to the Articles is as follows: the number of members is reduced from nine (9) to seven (7).
