North East Township Water and Sewer Authority Planning Sewer Extension

The public is hereby notified that the North East Township Water and Sewer Authority is preparing sewage facilities planning documents for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The project involves extension of a low pressure sewer system on West Law Road west of Meehl Road to serve residential properties.

A 30 day comment and review period commences effective on the date of this notice. Interested and/or affected parties are encouraged to comment on this proposed project. The public may review aspects of this project or may send written comments to Fredrick Shunk, Supervisors; North East Township Supervisors; 10300 West Main Road; North East, PA 16428.
