North East Township Zoning Hearing Board to Hold Meeting

The North East Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the North East Township Municipal Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA 16428 to consider two requests,

  • 1) Mark Rakauskas, property location Grist Mill, Lot 12, Tax ID#37-002-058.0-015.16, the request seeks 16’ variance from the 40’ rear yard setback required in the R-1 Zoning District.
  • 2) Neil McCord and Rick Burnham, property location is 9845 East Lake Road, Tax ID#37-001-060.0-001.00, the request seek approximately a ½ acre variance from the 2 acre lot size requirement in the A-1 Zoning District.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
