The Borough of North East hereby gives notice that the Borough Council for the Borough of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, at its first monthly meeting on Monday, October 6, 2025, commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, will conduct public hearing (s) on and consider enactment at such meeting of three (3) ordinances regarding Ordinance No. 936, Ordinance 937, and Ordinance No. 938, a summary of which are set forth below.
- ORDINANCE NO. 936 – AMENDING AND RESTATING ORDINANCE 815A CONCERNING DANGEROUS STRUCTURES.
- ORDINANCE NO. 937– AMENDING AND RESTATING ORDINANCE NO. 856 CONCERNING MAINTENANCES OF COMMON NUISANCES.
- ORDINANCE NO. 938-AMENDING AND RESTATING ORDINANCE NO. 908 CONCERNING PROPERTY MAINTENANCE STANDARDS FOR REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF NORTH EAST.
