NE Borough Holding Public Hearings on Skill Based Gaming Devices and Property Maintenance Ordinances

The Borough of North East hereby gives notice that the Borough Council for the Borough of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, at its second monthly meeting on Monday, May 19, 2025, commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, will conduct a public hearing on and consider enactment at such meeting of an ordinance regarding Ordinance No. 935 and No 936, summaries of which are set forth below.

Ordinance No. 935– Regulating Gamerooms and Amusement Games Including Skill Based Gaming Devices
Ordinance No. 936– Adopting the International Property Maintenance Code.

The above statement is a brief summary of each the Ordinances to be considered, a copy of each is available and on file at the North East Borough Office, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, on the North East Borough website at www.northeastborough.com and at the links below.
