NE Heat and Light Company Dissolution Notice As National Fuel Takes Over

Notice is hereby given to all creditors and claimants of North East Heat and Light Company, a business corporation with a registered office of 10700 W. Main Rd., North East, PA 16428-2228, that the shareholders have approved a proposal that the corporation dissolve voluntarily and that the board of directors is now engaged in winding up and settling the affairs of the corporation under the provisions of Section 1975 of the Pennsylvania Business Corporation Law of 1988.

  6. Agendas should be posted online a minimum of 3 days before public meetings take place allowing interested citizens an opportunity to hear discussions and offer input on matters important to them.
