North East Borough Reissues Industrial Wastewater Permit

Public notice is hereby given that the Borough of North East has issued the following Re-Issuance of Special Industrial Wastewater Permit effective as of April 30, 2016:

Welch Foods, Inc. (Permit No 1-99);
Cott Beverages (Permit No. 2-99);
Better Baked Foods, Inc. (Permit No. 3-99);
Ridg-U-Rak, Inc. (Permit No. 5-99);
Electric Materials Company (TEMCO) (Permit No. 6-99).

Copies of such permit may be examined by any person at the North East Borough Office, 31 West Main Street, North East, Pennsylvania 16428, during regular business hours.
