The Borough of North East hereby gives notice that the Borough Council for the Borough of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, at its regular monthly meeting on July 5, 2016, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, will conduct a public hearing on and consider enactment at such meeting of an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 561 regulating the parking of motor vehicles upon the streets of the Borough of North East, a summary of which is set forth below.
Ordinance amending Ordinance no. 561 and any other ordinance providing rules and regulations for the parking of motor vehicles upon the streets of the Borough of North East is being amended for the purpose of revising language pertaining to approved storage garages, charges associated with towing for impounded vehicles, and penalties or fines for violating the rules and regulations.
