North East School District Seeks Bids for High School Corridor & Lobby Flooring Replacement

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, the North East School District will open sealed proposals for North East High School Corridor & Lobby Flooring Replacement, 1901 Freeport Rd., North East, PA 16428. Bids will be received up to 1:30 P.M., to the attention of Mr. Jeff Fox, Business Manager, 50 East Division St., North East, PA 16428.

It is the intent of the Owner to enter into a single contract for the work. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the site, on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 10:00 A.M. All bids shall conform with Contract Documents prepared by HHSDR Architects/Engineers, 40 Shenango Ave., Sharon, PA, 16146, and 201 Century Building, 130 Seventh St., Pittsburgh, PA, 15222. Bidders may obtain same from HHSDR at their Sharon office (724) 981-8820, upon refundable deposit of $150.00 per set.

Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to North East School District, in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents. The North East School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, when it is in the interest of the North East School District and to reject the bid of any bidder who is not in a position to perform the Contract.
