North East Township Proposed Short Term Rental Ordinance Discussed

At their regular Monday meeting, North East Township supervisors discussed a proposed ordinance covering short term rental units in the township. Quite a number of residents were in attendance reflecting the level of interest from property owners. Supervisors were careful to point out the ordinance being discussed was preliminary and not the final draft.

Further discussion will take place at an upcoming meeting and comments from the public will be taken at that time and considered for potential additions or modifications before presenting the final draft.
