North East Township Zoning Hearing Board to Consider Sign Variance for UPMC Hamot

The North East Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the North East Township Administration Building, 10300 West Main Road, North East, PA to consider a request by UPMC Hamot. The property location is 2060 North Pearl Street, Tax ID# 37-005-053.0-002.99. The request seeks a 4’6” height and 71 s.f. variance for the new sign they wish to install at the Medical Office Building.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
