The Route 20 bridge is open again after being closed since February of last year. Having it closed was a huge inconvenience for those who traveled over it on a regular basis and our neighbors in Ripley must be breathing a sigh of relief. Trucks that were running over nearby roads not designed for that kind of traffic can now return to the main road. Businesses nearby are certainly going to be pleased.
Considering the magnitude of the project, the job was done sooner than many of us expected. I think a big thank you is in order for everyone involved in the construction, getting it started and keeping it moving. Nice job, guys!
