Greenfield Township Seeks Bids for Community Park Asphalt and Concrete Work

Scope of Project: General construction for asphalt walkways and concrete work. Greenfield Township plans to receive bids for the above referenced project until 9:00AM Prevailing Time on Friday, July 11, 2025. A pre-bid conference is planned for 9:00AM Prevailing Time, Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at Greenfield Township Municipal Building, located at 11184 Rich Hill Rd, North East, Pa 16428. The Greenfield Township board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The contract will be awarded at the 6:00 p.m., Monday, July 14th Board of Supervisors meeting. Final project completion is to be complete and ready for use is September 23, 2025.

Plans and Specifications may be obtained digitally or by hard copy and are available at the offices of Greenfield Township located at 11184 Rich Hill Rd, North East, Pa 16428. This project will be a prevailing wage rate project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier’s check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Greenfield Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materialsmen Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Additionally, the successful bidder will be required to furnish evidence of Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance in the amount as required by the contract documents.
