Public notice of intent to adopt Greenfield Township Ordinance No. 2019-1 Notice is hereby given that Greenfield Township, Erie County, PA, intends to adopt Greenfield Township Ordinance No. 2019-1 at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors to be held on February 26, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. at the Greenfield Township Municipal Building, 11184 Rich Hill Road, North East, PA 16428.
Greenfield Township Ordinance No. 2019-1 provides for entering into a franchise agreement with Armstrong Utilities, Inc. to provide a cable television and telecommunications system in the Township, providing conditions with regard to installation, construction and maintenance, and on use and occupancy of streets, providing administrative matters and setting the franchise fee at 5% of gross annual receipts, providing for an initial term of fifteen (15) years commencing March 15, 2019; establishing insurance and other requirements and authorizing the proper officers of the Township to execute the same.
Copies of the Ordinance are available for public inspection and may be copied without charge at the Greenfield Township Municipal Building, 11184 Rich Hill Road, North East, PA 16428, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The public is invited to attend this public meeting.
