The Borough of North East hereby gives notice that the Borough Council for the Borough of North East, Erie County, Pennsylvania, at its first monthly meeting on Monday, February 2, 2026, commencing at 6:00 p.m. at the Borough Hall, 31 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428, will conduct public hearing (s) on and consider enactment at such meeting of Ordinance No. 940 and a summary is set forth below.
ORDINANCE NO. 940- Amending Ordinance No. 907 – providing for and establishing service fees for tax collector issued tax certifications; and for establishing service fees for payments returned.
