NE Community Marina Authority Seeks Maintenance and Repair Services Bid

North East Community Marina Authority is seeking a person or company to provide oversight on building & grounds repairs and operations.

Deadline for bids is July 10th, 2026

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • General facility repairs
  • Dock maintenance and minor repairs
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Painting and carpentry
  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Seasonal opening and closing activities
  • Vendor and contractor coordination
  • Obtaining quotes for specialized repairs beyond the contractor’s capabilities
  • Other maintenance and operational support services as requested by NECMA

NECMA intends to select the respondent whose qualifications, experience, availability, and pricing are determined to be in the best interest of the Authority.

  5. When municipalities seek bids for contract work, all bid documents should be available online, free of charge. Printed copies, if requested, should be offered at cost.
  6. Agendas should be posted online a minimum of 3 days before public meetings take place allowing interested citizens an opportunity to hear discussions and offer input on matters important to them.
