NE Township Second Notice of Revised Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance (SALDO)

SECOND NOTICE. This publication is intended to provide notification of an ordinance, in accordance with 53 P.S. 108, passed by the Board of Supervisors of North East Township:

Ordinance: North East Township SALDO which amends in its entirety the former North East Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.

The full text of the Ordinance may be reviewed by members of the public at the Township Office located at 10300 West Main Road, North East Pennsylvania 16428. Any person claiming the right to challenge the validity of the Ordinance must bring an action within 30 days of the second notice of the Ordinance.

  5. When municipalities seek bids for contract work, all bid documents should be available online, free of charge. Printed copies, if requested, should be offered at cost.
  6. Agendas should be posted online a minimum of 3 days before public meetings take place allowing interested citizens an opportunity to hear discussions and offer input on matters important to them.
